How it works
I used to do this work. During downtime you test the big generators and AC units: plug it in, fire it up, make sure it runs. Today the result goes on a piece of tape. Pretty soon one unit has three "works great" notes and one "broken, do not send," none of them dated. With CampMarshal, the person testing scans the unit and taps pass or fail. It's dated, it has their name, and it replaces the last answer instead of piling on top of it.
Pack by scanning each cot bundle, kit, and generator into its trailer. When the call comes, you look it up instead of digging. At the shelter, scan as you set up, even with no cell service. How it works is up to you
CampMarshal generates the QR codes. Print them yourself, or order exactly what you need from any print shop, including metal tags. Give every cot a code, or just track the pallet or cart they're stacked on, and scan the trailer to see what's inside. A shower trailer can get one code on the front or one per stall. Put a public code on the restroom door: "Does this need cleaning? Let us know." Residents and volunteers scan it and leave a note on a simple web page, and your crew sees it right away.
