Every tent, table, and bounce house back and ready for Saturday.

Your crew already checks the gear at setup and takedown. CampMarshal gives those checks a home: one scan, one quick form, and a dated record you can pull up anytime.

The problem

Weekends move fast, and gear goes out in a blur of trucks and venues. A table comes back with a cracked leg, a tent goes into storage wet, and the only record is a paper sheet that went missing by Monday or a strip of tape that fell off in the truck. Then the next customer gets the problem.

How it works

Friday morning your crew loads the truck. Instead of ticking boxes on a pull sheet, they scan the chair cart, the table rack, and each tent bag as it goes on. Now you know what went to which event.

At the venue, they scan the tent and a short form comes up: stakes all there, any tears, sidewalls good. Thirty seconds, and it's logged with the date, their name, a photo if needed, and the scan location. No signal out at the barn? It saves on the phone and syncs when they're back in range.

Sunday takedown is the same scan and form. If a linen has wax on it or the bounce house has a seam pulling, the report goes to whoever handles repairs the moment it's made.

Put that wet tent on a cleaning hold and it can't be booked until somebody clears it. This isn't an extra step. It's the check you already do, written down somewhere it can't fall off.

How it works is up to you

CampMarshal generates the QR codes. Print them yourself, or order exactly what you need from any print shop, including metal tags, in any size. Got 500 chairs? Give each one a code underneath, or just track the cart they ride on. Track every tablecloth on its own, or put one code on a box of 50 candles and track the box. Out at the event, stick a small code on each porta-potty with a note: "Does this unit need cleaning? Leave a review." Guests scan it, leave a note on a simple web page, and your team sees it right away.

Your tags, your way covers stickers, metal tags, and large signs.
