The problem

How it works
Monday morning, a contractor picks up a telehandler. Your yard hand does the same walkaround as always, but scans the unit first. The checklist comes up on his phone: tires, hydraulics, attachments, fuel. He snaps a photo of that dent on the bucket so nobody argues about it later. It's saved with the date, his name, and the unit's location.
Friday it comes back: same scan, same form. If he flags a leaking cylinder, the report lands on your shop lead's phone the moment he hits save. Put the unit on a hold and it can't be booked until the repair's done and someone clears it. No red tag to fall off. No paper to lose.
Each unit builds a record of who checked it, what they found, and where. When a customer says "it was like that when I got it," you pull up the check-out report from their pickup with the photo attached.
How it works is up to you
CampMarshal generates the QR codes. Print them yourself, or order exactly what you need from any print shop, including a 6x6 inch sign or a metal tag from a local shop. A 12-stall restroom trailer can get one code on the front, or 12 codes, one per door, so you know exactly which stall needs work. Put a public code inside the trailer: "Does this stall need cleaning? Let us know." Anyone can scan it, leave a note on a simple web page, and your crew sees it right away.
